چکیده

The study objective is to examine new methods of restoring the axis neck locomotive driving wheel. To achieve goal, task was set and solved reduce hydrogen concentration in during its manufacture repair by means appropriate technology. fulfill this task, following research are carried out, that vacuum thermal exposure, wear determination, diffuse siliconization, definition concentration. scientific novelty work fact proposed technology consists a wheelset, contributing an increase durability preliminary diffusion siliconization. Conclusions: restoration does not change critical static properties axis, while increasing resistance shaft reducing release diffusion-active hydrogen.
